Mobile IV Therapy in Hialeah
Hialeah is the second-largest city in Miami-Dade County and one of the hardest-working. It is a city of family homes, small businesses, factories, and warehouses, where Spanish is the everyday language and where the idea of a vitamin drip, a suero, is already familiar to most households. Ivology brings that service to your door, performed by a licensed registered nurse.
This page covers what makes our service different from what you may have seen elsewhere, how we find you in Hialeah's unusual street grid, and how people here fit a visit around work and family.
Sueros, done to a hospital standard
In Cuban and Latin American families, sueros de vitaminas have been part of taking care of yourself for generations. People get one when they feel run down, after being sick, or simply as a periodic boost. So in Hialeah we rarely have to explain what IV therapy is. What we do explain is how ours is done.
Every Ivology visit is performed by a licensed registered nurse, and many of our nurses have worked in an ICU or ER. Before anything is started, the nurse reviews your medical history, your medications, and your allergies, and takes your blood pressure and other vital signs. Supplies are sterile and single-use. The nurse stays for the entire infusion and watches how you respond.
That may be more formal than what some people are used to, and it is intentional. An IV is a medical procedure. Who places it, what is in the bag, and whether anyone checked that it is safe for you are the things that matter. If you take medication for blood pressure, your heart, your kidneys, or diabetes, tell your nurse. It changes what is appropriate, and sometimes it means the nurse will recommend checking with your doctor first.
Finding you on the Hialeah grid
Hialeah numbers its streets differently from the rest of the county. The city has its own grid, with East and West streets and avenues, so that a single road carries two names. West 49th Street in Hialeah is the same road as NW 103rd Street in county terms, and the same goes for many of the main avenues. People who grew up here switch between the two without thinking. Navigation apps sometimes do not.
To avoid confusion, enter your address when you book exactly as it appears on your mail, including East or West, and add the nearest major intersection in the notes if your street is hard to find. If you live in an apartment complex or a duplex with units in the back, tell us the building and unit number and which entrance to use. Guest parking in the older apartment complexes can be tight, so a tip about where a visitor can leave a car is appreciated.
For people who work on their feet
Hialeah keeps a great deal of South Florida running. Its residents work in manufacturing, construction, landscaping, warehousing, auto repair, restaurants, and health care, and many of those jobs mean long shifts outdoors or in buildings that are not air conditioned. In a South Florida summer that is a serious amount of fluid lost every day.
Drinking water steadily through a shift and eating properly come first. For the days when that has not been enough, many clients choose the Recovery IV or a hydration-focused drip. An appointment at home after work lets you rest in your own chair for the hour it takes.
Please take heat illness seriously. Muscle cramps, heavy sweating, and tiredness are signs to stop, cool down, and drink. Confusion, fainting, a pounding headache with nausea, or skin that is hot and dry are signs of heat stroke, and that is an emergency. Call 911. An IV at home is not the right response to those symptoms.
Three generations under one roof
Hialeah households are often multi-generational, and it often makes sense to treat more than one family member in a single visit: a daughter and her mother, or a couple and a visiting aunt. Booking together is convenient, and it also means someone is there to help an older relative answer the nurse's questions about medications.
For older adults, our nurses are especially careful. Age alone is not a barrier, but heart failure, kidney disease, and certain prescriptions can make IV fluids risky. The nurse will check vital signs, ask detailed questions, and decline to treat if it would not be safe. We would much rather disappoint someone than cause harm. We treat adults only.
Everything available in Spanish
More than nine out of ten Hialeah residents speak Spanish at home, so we will be direct about this. Our entire website, including the drip menu, pricing, and the booking process, is available in Spanish. Choose your language with the selector at the top of the page.
If you prefer that your visit be conducted in Spanish, write that in the notes when you book so we can take it into account when scheduling. And if you are booking for a parent or grandparent who is more comfortable in Spanish, consider being present for the health questions so that nothing is lost in translation.
What Hialeah clients book
The Myers' Cocktail is the closest match to the traditional suero de vitaminas and is where most people start. It combines fluids with B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium. The Immune Boost is popular during cold and flu season and before holiday gatherings, and the Energy IV with people working double shifts or early mornings.
The Beauty IV is a popular choice ahead of quinceaƱeras, weddings, and other family celebrations, and the Hangover IV the morning after them. Every drip comes in three tiers, so there is a range of prices, and the full menu with current pricing is on our services page. We do not bill insurance.
Business owners who cannot step away
Hialeah runs on small, family-owned businesses: bakeries and cafeterias, auto shops, upholsterers, print shops, salons, pharmacies, and the many factories and warehouses in the industrial areas on the east side of the city. The people who own them are usually the first to arrive and the last to leave, and taking two hours off to visit a clinic is not realistic.
A mobile visit can come to the business instead, as long as there is a private, clean place to sit, such as a back office, where you will not be interrupted for an hour. Many owners prefer to schedule at home before opening or after closing. Either way, the nurse brings everything and takes everything away. If you want to arrange drips for several employees, contact us ahead of time so we can plan enough nurses and enough time for each person's assessment.
When to book
We schedule by appointment through the online calendar, which shows real openings for the Miami region. Hialeah's traffic is heaviest on the Palmetto Expressway, Okeechobee Road, and West 49th Street during the morning and evening rush, so mid-day and weekend appointments are the easiest to keep on time.
Our Miami capacity is limited at the moment, which means popular times fill up. If you want a Saturday morning, or you need an evening appointment after work, reserve it a few days in advance. We also serve neighboring Hialeah Gardens, Miami Lakes, and Miami Springs.

IV Therapy in Hialeah: Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as a suero de vitaminas?
It is the same idea, fluids and vitamins given by IV, delivered to a clinical standard. A licensed registered nurse reviews your health history and vital signs first, uses sterile single-use supplies, and stays with you for the whole infusion. The Myers' Cocktail is the drip most similar to a traditional vitamin suero.
Can I book and get information in Spanish?
Yes. The whole website and booking process are available in Spanish. Use the language selector at the top of the page. If you would like your visit conducted in Spanish, add that to your booking notes.
I take blood pressure medication. Can I still get an IV?
Often yes, but it depends on your condition and your medications. Tell your nurse everything you take. They will check your blood pressure before starting and decide whether a drip is safe that day. For some heart and kidney conditions, the nurse may advise you to speak with your doctor first.
Can you treat my mother and me in the same visit?
Yes. Add each person when you book. Each adult receives their own health assessment. For older adults, please have a list of medications ready, and plan to be present if they are more comfortable answering in Spanish.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the drip and the tier you choose. Current prices for every drip are listed on our services page. We do not accept insurance. Clients who book regularly can save with a HydroClub membership.
Do you come after work hours?
Appointment times vary by day. The online calendar shows what is open for the Miami region. Evening and weekend times are the first to fill, so book those a few days ahead.
My address has both a Hialeah number and a county number. Which should I use?
Use the address as it appears on your mail, including East or West, and add the closest main intersection in the notes. That gives your nurse what they need regardless of how a navigation app labels the street.
